3. National Body Reports (?-members)
1)Australia: One day conference on middle senior management was held. The conference included shipbuilding also. Follow-up workshops are planned (including pilot implementation and practical examples.
2)UK: Presented about the Chester meeting, March 3〜7, 1997
3)USA: US STEP activities were presented which included production implementation by a consortium lead by Boeing, and pilots by PDES, Inc., AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group), RAMP Program, CTC, etc. CALS and shipbuilding industry presentation is planned for Toronto meeting.

1)The Canadian representative made a presentation on the next scheduled meeting in Toronto which will be held at Toronto Hilton Hotel.
